Hi, I’m Kerri, and I know exactly what it feels like to build your dream salon… and still feel like you're drowning in it.

I didn’t start out with a five-year plan or a business degree. I started with heart. I was a stylist who loved people, who loved creating beauty, and who was brave enough to open my own salon because I believed I could do it better, more aligned, more intentional, more me.

And for a while, it worked. Until it didn’t.

I found myself working 12-hour days, skipping meals, emotionally managing my team, redoing color corrections after hours, and trying to keep my books alive with credit cards and crossed fingers. My nervous system was in overdrive, my leadership lacked boundaries, and I was too exhausted to even think about how to fix it.

The worst part? I thought that was just the price of success.

But I knew I couldn’t keep going like that. And maybe that’s where you are too.

What changed everything for me wasn’t just better spreadsheets or another salon consultant.

It was rewiring my nervous system.
It was learning to regulate my energy before I tried to manage anyone else’s.
It was embracing mindset work, leadership strategy, business foundations and honoring the human behind the business.

I got certified in NLP, life and success coaching, hypnotherapy, and began combining what I learned with my years behind the chair and behind the scenes as a salon owner. I started living differently. Leading differently. And most importantly…feeling differently.

That’s when I created The Regulated Salon. It’s the program I wish I had.
